Email [email protected] with a description of the issue, your iOS version, and your Peach Builder app version. Do not send Health data, payment-card information, or other sensitive records.
Membership and purchases
- Use Restore Purchases on the Membership screen after reinstalling the app or changing devices.
- Confirm that the device is signed into the Apple Account that made the purchase.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions with Apple.
- The seven-day Peach Builder trial requires no payment and does not automatically begin a subscription.
Workout data and iCloud
Peach Builder works with an on-device data store and can synchronize through your private iCloud database. If history is not appearing on another device, confirm that both devices use the same Apple Account, iCloud Drive is enabled, and Peach Builder has iCloud access. Keep the app open briefly on a reliable network after a workout so Apple can complete synchronization.
Apple Health and reminders
Health and notification permissions are controlled by Apple. If a completed workout is not written to Health or a reminder does not appear, review Peach Builder's access in Apple Settings. Reminder days and time can be changed from Peach Profile > Training Schedule.
Data controls
Delete your profile and training history from Peach Profile > Delete Profile & Training Data. Local diagnostic counts can be inspected, exported, or reset from Product Diagnostics. See the Peach Builder Privacy Policy for details.
Training safety
Peach Builder provides educational fitness guidance, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Stop an exercise that causes sharp pain, dizziness, or unusual symptoms and seek appropriate professional care. Choose stable equipment and a range of motion you can control.
